How to Return a Product

We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24h.

Use original packaging if possible. Include all accessories. Protect the product.

Ship your return

Drop off the package at a Canada Post collection point. Keep the receipt as proof.

Receive your refund

Inspection within 1-2 days, refund processed within 3-5 business days.
